PRP Program
The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program provides structured individual and group sessions designed to develop and enhance independent living skills and the management of mental illness symptoms. The goal is to assist individuals with the transition from a long period of hospitalization to successfully re-enter the community, and to assist those individuals already in the community with maintaining and enhancing their skills.
IOP/OP Education Program
The Life of Resurrections IOP/OP Education Program is designed for individuals who may be at risk for developing a substance use disorder, or anyone with an interest in learning about the issue. Life of Resurrection offers a 12 hour state approved curriculum including the topics listed below:
- Introduction to the relavent alcohol and drug treatment terminology and definition, including the medical model of addiction.
- Identification of the biologica, psychological, social and familial impact of alcohol and drug use disorders.
- Familiarization with the recovery process, available treatment modalities and community-based supports.
Substance Use Disorder
Outpatient (OP)
Low intensity program designed to provide a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic treatment in a non-residential setting for persons suffering from substance abuse. Our program is for persons whose physical and emotional status allows them to function in their usual environment.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Three-month program which could extend to a maximum of six-months depending on the treatment needs of the client. Our clinical services include individual, group, and family counseling; case management services; addictive disease education; psychiatric consultation; social work services; psychological services for dual diagnosis; diet and nutritional counseling and education; and special grops for parenting, infectious diseases, anger management, co-dependency, criminal offenders, and trauma.
